Swarm Removal

Honeybee Swarm Removal

It can be quite unnerving to see the sky filled with thousands of honeybees. Swarming is the natural way honeybees reproduce and form new colonies.  Honeybee swarms are usually very docile and are only looking for a place to rest while their scouts search for a new place to call home. Sometimes it is only a few minutes or it could be a day or more.  Often they find themselves hanging out in places us humans don’t want them.

If you see a swarm of honeybees, don’t panic. PLEASE DON’T SPRAY them with anything. Contact one of our members and we can work with you to try and get them relocated. Most swarm removals are done by club members for free or at a small fee to cover fuel costs.
